The use of AVCHD trademark is allowed to the products in accordance with AVCHD format specification license.

AVCHD logo will be licensed together with AVCHD format specification license.
The license is allowed following products category
AVCHD Video Cameras
AVCHD Players
AVCHD Software
AVCHD Archivers
Detail definition will be described on the "Evaluation copy of the License Agreement for AVCHD Format and Logo License"

(3) Use of AVCHD trademarks for products category which is not licensed |
The AVCHD trademarks may not be used on products category which is not licensed
(AVCHD related products), such as signal converters(Hardware) or recording media etc. |
